Support maintenance activities and leading projects that involve industrial, commercial, office and/or residential, properties.
Responsibilities may include: building construction, improvement and repair projects, and/or projects involving the installation, repair or replacement of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and hoist systems, or other infrastructure components.
Additional responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance to applicable codes and standards, developing new processes, and leading projects to improve Facilities Maintenance operations.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field along with five to seven years’ experience.
Working knowledge of industrial and office building structures and related maintenance requirements.
Construction and/or project management experience (including scheduling and cost estimating).
Lean/Process improvement experience.
Ability to interpret and update architectural and mechanical drawings and schematics.
Experience in facilitating the design, installation and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC hoist and/or compressed air systems.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
